1 cup of Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
1 cup of water
½ cup of fresh blueberries
½ cup of fresh raspberries
2 rows of broken up dark chocolate (optional)
2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
Milk (we used oat)
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Whip up a batch of your Chocolate The Protein Pancake in a mixing bowl.
Grease your baking tray with butter or oil to prevent sticking. Once greased pour your pancake mix into the tray evenly.
Start pushing your fresh fruit and dark chocolate chunks into the mix.
Pop your baking tray into the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Just until it’s cooked through.
Add 2 tablespoons of biscoff spread to a saucepan on low heat.
Gradually add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a consistency suitable for pouring over the baked protein pancakes.
Note: this recipe uses 4 total serves of our protein pancake mix (1 cup).
