What's the deal with shipping? 

Australia Post is our deal. Your order will be processed and sent from our warehouse in South Australia within 2 business days, using tracked shipping via AusPost for Australian and International orders. Can I get free shipping?

You sure can. There is free delivery on domestic (Australian) orders over $50. Below this, standard and express shipping rates apply depending on your preference.

Are our pancakes vegan?

We do not currently have a vegan range of pancakes as we use whey in our pancakes. They contain a blend of Whey Protein Isolate and Pea Protein Isolate. This enables us to bring you the best protein content and still upkeep that fluffy pancake everyone loves. However, we hope to release a vegan range in the future!

Do they contain gluten?

Yes. The backbone of our product is a high quality wheat flour which does contain gluten but does allow us to create the fluffiest pancakes possible.

Any nuts or allergens?

All pancake mixes contain Dairy from the Whey Protein.

Our products could have traces of allergens such as; soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts. However, our facility does not handle any of the listed allergens but to be safe and to account for our ingredient suppliers... we have to consider any possibilities and look after all of our customers.
